Subranni Zauber welcomes Christopher Chiacchio

Subranni Zauber, LLC is proud to welcome Christopher Chiacchio to our growing firm. Chris brings almost 20 years of experience to us including representing clients with sales and acquisitions of real estate, mergers and business acquisitions, and securities law including fund formation.

In addition to his transactional skills, Chris is also an experienced litigator having appeared in the Superior Court of New Jersey in most of New Jersey counties.

Chris currently serves as the Chairman of the Township of Moorestown’s Economic Development Advisory Committee which assists the Township with matters related to business development and increasing ratables.

Subranni Zauber LLC is pleased to announce that
Scott Good
has joined our firm. He brings a wealth of knowledge and
experience to our practice in the areas of Commercial/Financial/Insurance
Litigation, Small Business and Corporate advising and Real Estate
including Land Use/Zoning and Real Estate Tax Appeals.

Scott has extensive experience in a variety of areas of commercial
litigation, including banking, contract and construction disputes. He
spends a significant amount of time handling all facets of representation
for his banking clients. Scott also has a comprehensive real estate
practice wherein he handles complex commercial real estate transactions,
including purchase and sale, leasing, finance, real estate tax appeals,
land use approvals and all aspects of real estate development. Read

John L. Subranni is SZ’s newest associate

John L. Subranni joined Subranni Zauber as an associate in the fall of 2014 after graduating summa cum laude from Vermont Law School with a Masters of Environmental Law and Politic, Northeastern University with his JD and his BA from Tufts University.
