Christopher Chiacchio concentrates his practice on securities law, real estate, corporate and litigation. Mr. Chiacchio also assists the firm in the area of business development and routinely meets with current and prospective clients.
Mr. Chiacchio’s wide range of experience includes representing clients with sales and acquisitions of real estate, mergers and business acquisitions, and securities law including fund formation. In addition to his transactional skills, Chris is also an experienced litigator having appeared in the Superior Court of New Jersey in most of New Jersey counties. He also advocated for clients in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Louisiana. He has appeared in United States Bankruptcy Court in Philadelphia, Camden, Trenton, and Newark.
He resides in Moorestown, New Jersey, with his wife Dr. Renee Kendzierski, and their two children.

Mr. Chiacchio’s community devotion runs deep. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Township of Moorestown’s Economic Development Advisory Committee which assists the Township with matters related to business development and increasing ratables. He served as Mayor of Moorestown Township, and was a member of Township Council. He was also a member of Moorestown Township Planning Board, and the Cinnaminson Township Zoning Board and Planning Board.
Mr. Chiacchio received his Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Widener Law School. Upon graduating Law School, Mr. Chiacchio served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Page, of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
