MICHAEL P. MORROW
Michael’s practice primarily involves transactional work with an emphasis in the areas of commercial and residential real estate including commercial workouts and residential short sales. He represents a wide range of builders, financial institutions, investors, individuals and brokers, as well as industrial, commercial and professional businesses.
Michael has a strong background in Bankruptcy and Bankruptcy litigation having represented individual and business Debtors & Creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 and Chapter 7 and 11 Bankruptcy Trustees in New Jersey, New York and Delaware.
He has experience in a variety of consumer litigation matters involving the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, RESPA, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Foreclosure Defense. Michael has also done extensive work with borrowers in negotiating with mortgage companies for Loan Modifications.
Prior to joining Subranni Zauber LLC, Michael conducted securities litigation research for Bloomberg LP. Prior to that he completed a legal externship and worked as a summer associate in the Public Securities Department of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. During his time at the Port Authority, Michael focused on bond writing and due diligence.
Michael is heavily involved with his family foundation in his off time and is a member of the Dickinson College Regional Council in the Philadelphia Area.
Michael P. Morrow is a member of the New Jersey and the New York Bar, and is admitted to practice in all the state courts for New Jersey and New York, the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York.
Michael is a Barrister with the Bankruptcy Inn of Court, is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, New York Bar Association, and Camden County Bar Association.
Michael earned a B.A. from Dickinson College, and a J.D. from New York Law School.
