Randal Cowles is of counsel to the firm of Subranni Zauber LLC.
Randy principally assists the firm with its work before the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Randy served in the U.S. Navy for 13 years, and after attending law school practiced for several years at Legal Services Corporation of Delaware which provides pro bono representation to low income individuals in bankruptcy, landlord-tenant law, consumer law and unemployment compensation matters. More recently Randy was on the staff of the law firm of Maschmeyer Karalis in Philadelphia, which he represented debtors in Delaware and Philadelphia as well as various trustees in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy matters.
Admitted before the bars of the State of Delaware and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Randy primarily represents consumers and creditors in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware; as well as representing the trustee in Delaware cases.
For the past 15 years Randy has been a volunteer attorney to the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project, which provides pro bono bankruptcy representation to low-income Philadelphians, and additionally serves on the board of a non-profit garden in Philadelphia.
